
在加入新闻教育事业之前,王悦博士曾在内地从事新闻报导和编辑工作。她致力于探索在数码时代新闻工作的变革与创新,也在不断尝试包括事实查核,数据驱动叙事等新闻实践。她的研究兴趣在新闻共同体的文化与实践变革。她教授的科目包括传播学理论,传播与全球化,数据新闻, 事实查核及数据可视化等。
王博士本科毕业于北京大学英语语言文学系,曾分别在香港浸会大学和城市大学取得两个硕士学位,并于香港中文大学取得博士学位。
