罗文辉教授是台湾资深新闻学学者。现任《传播与社会》学刊主编——该刊为国际传播学学会（ICA）附属期刊以及TSSCI期刊。加入浸大以前，罗教授曾任台湾国立政治大学传播学院院长、新闻系系主任，以及香港中文大学校长特聘教授。
