A confirmation email with the pickup date and time will be sent to the student.
Equipment Room Opening Hours:
Mon-Fri: 10am-12:30pm & 2:30pm-5pm
Equipment room is on 7/F across from the computer lab.
Students should bring student card for checking out equipment.
Conditions of Use:
Equipment should be used for required academic work only.
Maximum loan period is four days.
Users should examine the condition of the loan items before taking. If any equipment is damaged, users are liable to be charged for the loss or damage to the items.
Users who wish to borrow equipment are responsible for its collection and return. All loan items must be returned by the due date within office hours.
Failure to return any loan items before the due date without acceptable reasons shall be subject to a penalty.
