Mr. Wong Ho Wa is a data scientist in the luxury fashion industry with experience in big data analytics and machine learning. He commits to advocates open data, open-source project development, and civic technology community in Hong Kong. He is a member of the advisory committee of the Hong Kong Open Data Index (https://opendata.isoc.hk), which defines the key metrics of open data enablement in order to speed up the digital transformation. Also, he is a member of the election committee in IT subsector.

Mr. Wong earned his computer science degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
