羅文輝教授是台灣資深新聞學學者。現任《傳播與社會》學刊主編——該學刊為國際傳播學學會附屬期刊以及TSSCI期刊。加入浸大以前，羅教授曾任台灣國立政治大學傳播學院院長、新聞系系主任，以及香港中文大學校長特聘教授。
